Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, Explanatory Justification - A critique of- and a search for - philosophically and ethically adequate explanations for extraterritorial regulation of citizens’ (and non-citizens’) business transactions, focusing on security offering regulation, dollar-denominated transactions, and antibribery laws.

“Private Neurolaw?” - a project examining the extent to which neuroscience and neurotechnologies could assist/improve/guide private capital transactions and investment management law.

Intention & Interpretation: a model for testing some of the above claims regarding the efficacy (or lack thereof) of neurolaw and neurophilosophy in the field of contract law.

Long-Term Project:

A synthetic intellectual history of Italian Jews from the era of Abravanel and Pico’s kabbalistic studies through the late 17th century anti-kabbalists, with emphasis on Azariah de Rossi’s unique writings.
