Greg Caramenico advises private fund sponsors on fund formation, management, and operations, particularly in private equity, venture capital, and real estate strategies. For individuals and family offices in particular, he advises on private capital transactions, investment strategy, and private fund investments — work that extends to institutional investors and spans asset classes from life sciences to technology. Much of his practice involves structuring bespoke arrangements, including separately managed accounts, co-investment and continuation vehicles, and customized special purpose vehicles, together with the corporate matters that accompany them.
Greg has practiced law at several international law firms in fund formation and investment management groups.
He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
