Greg Caramenico is a broadly experienced attorney who represents the sponsors of and investors in private funds regarding fund formation, management, and operations, particularly for private equity, real estate, and venture capital strategies. He also counsels investors regarding their private capital transactions in a variety of asset classes, including life sciences, biotechnology, and enterprise technology.
Greg offers individuals, family offices, emerging managers, and other clients bespoke advice regarding their private investments, strategic transactions, the structuring and management of investment vehicles and accounts, choosing subject matter experts and other outside counsel, and the purchase and sale of assets ranging from private fund interests to direct corporate investments.
Additionally, Greg assists clients with various ancillary commercial and corporate legal matters such the organization and governance of LLCs, partnerships, and private corporations; management company and GP structuring; commercial contracts; and board participation.
